Create an overview of chapters organized by author

This function creates a list of authors, and for each author, lists the chapters that author contributed to.

Usage

bm_fn_chapters_by_author(x, id)

Arguments

The object bookmark object

id

The identifier of the current chapter

Value

The overview as a character string
